High quality fruits and vegetables, not treated with additives and pesticide, gives an extra touch to each dish. Fish is delivered to us when it is just caught.
Moreover, some technical expedients gives us the possibility to guarantee you a high quality of food and water. Using our uv lamp and water purifier we can serve raw vegetables avoiding bacterial contamination caused by the water. Not in all restaurants and hotels there is attention given to this and consequences are not pleasant. Thanks to our purifier we can also prepare fantastic cocktails with ice cubes. For food conservation we have connected all our fridges and freezers to our power backup system , so that we are safe even in case of blackout.
